What if you could read a letter from the future?

Not a forecast. A felt sense of what becomes possible when organisations make the right choices now.

Launching on Substack, August 2026.

What are letters from the future?

Letters from the Future are pieces of visionary writing – dispatches from 10 to 15 years ahead, written as if the future has already happened.

They are addressed to the leaders navigating this exact moment. They describe what the world looks like because a specific organisation made the right choices at a specific inflection point. They name the courage it took.

They are part creative vision, part strategic provocation, part gift.

I write them for organisations. I use them in speaking engagements and leadership immersions. And starting August 2026, I’ll publish them on Substack – a standing invitation for leaders to think bigger about what they are building.

Why this format?

Strategy can be argued with. A felt sense of the future cannot.

The Letter from the Future format bypasses the rational mind’s tendency to find reasons why something is impossible – and goes directly to the emotional and imaginative intelligence that knows what is worth building.

It draws on research into collective intelligence, narrative psychology, and the neuroscience of vision and motivation.

It is also, simply, beautiful. And beauty matters in leadership.I’ve had visions of the future for most of my life – moments that arrive less like predictions and more like a remembering. I write about where that began, and why I believe a felt sense of the future changes what we’re willing to build, on Substack. Read the full story →
