Hi, I’m Cara – I teach you how to alchemise your life & your business with flow & joy.
I’m a Business Alchemist, Mentor, Author, Speaker, Heartful leader, Researcher, Consultant, Mother, Conscious Connector and Nature lover.
Leading from the Heart, Business Alchemy, Authentic Self Expression, Prosperity, Business Intuition
Born in South Africa, Raised in the Netherlands, schooled in Belgium, having lived in New Zealand, Australia and now London. I speak more than 5 languages and am a true world citizen. I love people and different cultures and learning everything I can about them. My conscious journey started 13 years ago when my first daughter was born.
My work brings science and the heart together. Author & Founder of Softer Success, Prevent Burnout, Find Balance & Redefine Your Success I’ve spent the last 8 years researching burnout , our complex nervous systems and what brings us joy and have worked with psychologists, scientists and researchers at King’s College London, Sheffield University , Imperial College London, Leuven University and am part of the Human Flourishing Network at Harvard.
I connect you back to your heart , I help you lead from the heart. We spend most of our time in the thinking mind but through breath, stillness & rewiring our neural pathways we can connect better back into our heart and our intuition. I bring neuroscience & the heart together to help you rewire your neural pathways to create a better life and learn to lead from the heart and navigate work with ease using intuitive decision making. This allows you to create a greater impact in the world.

- King’s College London: During 2022 I worked with King’s College London on a qualitative research project to investigate why Wellbeing Needs to Be a Business Goal and how founders, CEO’s , business leaders and entrepreneurs can side step burnout by intrinsically planning & architecting wellbeing in their working day. In addition I provide lectures to HR students at King’s College on how to integrate this in their teams.

I’ve always intuitively felt people’s energy, some would call me an empath. But over time I learned intuitively how to alchemise that energy and shift it. Not just for myself but for others too. But it wasn’t until my own burnout that I realised we needed a new way, a different way of working and being on this planet . Shifting the collective energy into a more conscious peaceful energy became my path of purpose. Changing our mindsets and changing the way we work. And over time I learned how to alchemise and shift the energy of organisations too. I am leading the Healthy Business Revolution and will help you reset your life and that of your team
